Welcome to your Opopassi Partner Guide. Let’s launch your partnership smoothly, step by step. Just follow these simple steps to get started!

COMPLETE THESE 4 REQUIRED STEPS

All partners must complete these steps to launch their pages!
STEP 1 - Sign the Partnership Agreement

You have already received the partnership agreement as an email attachment, but we haven’t received the signed version back yet.

To make the process easier, you will shortly receive a separate SignNow email (e.g. on 22 November) to sign the digital agreement.

Please review and sign it electronically so we can activate your partnership.​
STEP 2 - Send Invoicing Details
Provide:

Legal name of institution
-
Billing address
-
VAT number (if applicable)
-
Invoice email
The invoice will be issued once your pages go live.
STEP 3 - Send Your University Logo
Please provide your logo (PNG or JPG, preferably with a transparent background) for use on your pages.
STEP 4 - Review Your Draft Pages
We’ve already created draft versions of your university pages:​

You have two options:​
A) Quick Publish: Simply reply “Approved as is” → we’ll publish your pages immediately, and invoicing starts from the publication date.
B) Edits: If you’d like to make changes (e.g. update texts, images, or videos), please send updates within one month (by 20 November 2025). After this date, we’ll proceed to publish the pages using the current draft content, and invoicing will begin from the publication date.

STEP 5 - Texts and Translations

​You may approve the current drafts or edit them

Introduction page:

Page is designed for Finnish secondary and upper secondary students exploring their study options. Texts should be clear, engaging and practical.

You can provide materials in English or Finnish. All texts might be translated into Finnish by Opopassi.

Please keep the text length similar to current drafts (about 3–5 short sections).
STEP 6 - task

We’ve created task for you — feel free to modify it:

Task help students explore your university, programmes and study life.

You may include videos, images or short activities.
STEP 8 - Images and Banners
Please provide:

7–10 photos (campus, students, learning environments)
-
3–4 horizontal banner images (hero or section headers)

Format: .jpg or .png, min. 300–400 KB. ​
STEP 9 - videos

You can share short videos (preferably as YouTube or Vimeo links), e.g.:

Student/alumni stories

Study programme presentations
-
Campus or student life
STEP 10 – EVENTS AND WEBINARS

You can share information about open days, webinars or student events for publication in the Opopassi calendar www.opopassi.com/tapahtumat

Include: event name. date & time, short description (2–3 sentences) and link to more info.
